Responsibilities & Context:
এক্সট্রাক্টর, ডি-সলভেন্টাইজার-টোস্টার (DT), ইভাপোরেটর এবং কনডেনসার ইউনিট পরিচালনা ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
তাপমাত্রা, চাপ এবং সলভেন্ট অনুপাতসহ প্রক্রিয়ার প্যারামিটারগুলো নির্ধারিত সীমার মধ্যে বজায় রাখা।
নিরাপত্তা প্রোটোকল অনুযায়ী হেক্সেন/সলভেন্ট নিরাপদে পরিচালনা ও পুনরুদ্ধার নিশ্চিত করা।
দৈনিক প্রক্রিয়ার তথ্য, তেলের উৎপাদন এবং সলভেন্ট ক্ষতি অপারেশন লগবুকে নথিভুক্ত করা।
নিরবচ্ছিন্ন কার্যক্রম নিশ্চিত করতে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও প্রস্তুতি দলের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
যন্ত্রপাতির কার্যকারিতা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং যেকোনো অস্বাভাবিকতা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে রিপোর্ট করা।
হাউসকিপিং বজায় রাখা এবং প্ল্যান্ট নিরাপত্তা (OHS) ও অগ্নি প্রতিরোধ মানদণ্ড অনুসরণ করা।
