∎ BBA & MBA in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify performance gap and work with HOD/managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance.
∎ Arranging training & development related activities that includes formulating annual training development plan (TDP) for the field sales force & Group employee.
∎ Conduct training need analysis (TNA), formulate budget, and implement the approved training development plan (TDP).
∎ Prepare, revise & update training modules.
∎ Develop & update different module and conduct orientation program, group training of field employees.
∎ Conducted corporate office training, other zone sales training, also conducted training through zoom, coordinate External trainer to arrange training
∎ Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness.
∎ Maintain active communication with training providing institutions, organizations, resource persons, maintain an updated database.
∎ Outsource training courses for employees as per the approved TDP based on TNA and conduct / arrange training, maintain and update record to this regard.
∎ Visit depots & markets regularly to collect different types of information, competitors’ activities, sales and training related activities & information.
∎ Ensure training effectiveness evaluation in every case by collecting feedback from marketplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ PGD HRM will be preferable
