- Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,North South University,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Islamic University of Technology students will get preference
- B.Sc. in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical)

Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Fire Detection & Protection systems (for Engineer level).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience (for Manager level).
- Strong knowledge of NFPA / BNBC and fire safety system components.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings, MS Office, and Excel-based costing.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Skill in English both Speaking & Writing.
- Strong Experience in Building Management and Industrial Automation System.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving experience.
Personal Attributes:
- Results-oriented with proactive approach to Engineering problem solutions, Designing, Execution and Commissioning of BMS process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills/ Planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer / Sales Manager who has strong expertise in Fire Detection & Protection Systems. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing technical offers, cost estimations, and quotations, as well as understanding designs and drawings in compliance with NFPA and BNBC standards.
This position requires both technical proficiency and commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively and present solutions to clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Fire Detection & Protection Systems.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs as per NFPA / BNBC standards.
Perform cost estimation, price sourcing, and vendor negotiation for project offers.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
Conduct client presentations and participate in technical discussions and meetings.
Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to develop business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth strategies.
Reporting to: Chairman /MD/General Manager of the company.
