• The applicants should have experience in Power plant/ WTP/ ETP/ Fire Protection & Suppression Systems, Fire Detection System etc.  Education: B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical from Public University or reputed UGC approved university in Bangladesh. 
• Skills: ·        
• Strong understanding of institutional marketing·        
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic future business plans·        
• Sound knowledge in MS office, AutoCAD etc. Personal Attributes:

Job Overview: 

Sr. Manager / Deputy General Manager (Business Development) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of MPEL’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire Suppression & Building Management System and capable of translating market trends and customer needs into actionable business plans. Also, the core focus must be estimating/quoting and securing projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Market Analysis: Conduct Market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.

• Client acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients, fostering long-term business relationships.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Core focus must be estimating/quoting and securing FPS, FDS & BMS projects.

• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
