Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of MPEL's market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire Suppression & Building Management System, capable of translating market trends and customer needs into actionable business plans. Also the core focus must be estimating/quoting and securing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients, fostering long-term business relationships.
Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Core focus must be estimating/quoting and securing FPS, FDS & BMS projects.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
