Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordinate with RSC engineers, inspectors, and relevant authorities for audit schedules, follow-ups, and closures.
- Ensure timely implementation and verification of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for structural, fire, and electrical safety.
- Maintain and update all RSC-related documentation, drawings, test reports, inspection records, and correspondence.
- Facilitate Pre-T&C and Full T&C inspections and ensure all prerequisites are met.
- Liaise with factory management and technical teams to ensure alignment with RSC requirements.
- Attend all meetings with RSC and follow up on action points.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, BNBC, Accord/RSC standards, and other applicable regulations.
- Support third-party audits and internal inspections relating to fire and life safety.
- Submit regular reports to management on RSC progress and outstanding issues.
