• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Sweater Industry

• 3 years of experience in 3D design in the Apparel Industry/Sourcing Office/Liaison Office/ Brand.

• Candidates who have undergone training with software companies (CLO 3D) will get preference.

• Good hands-on experience with CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of styling, construction, fabric, and fit for accuracy.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,& Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and remain organized and meet deadlines.

• Develop 3D garment simulations using CLO 3D based on design sketches, tech packs, or pattern files.

• Communicate with the merchandising team about the latest updates on each style.

• Collaborate with the fabric designer to ensure digital fabric quality.

• Communicate with the factory/pattern makers for the updated/ existing garment pattern.

• Create AOP/ Any Prints on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Communicate with customers for 3D-related issues within CLO-SET and update the changes according to their requirements.

• Develop and test the fitting and functions of CLO 3D.

• Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points.

• Create virtual prototypes for apparel collections that include accurate fabric drape, trims, textures, and colors.

• Convert 2D patterns (DXF, AI, or hand sketch) into realistic 3D garments with proper fit and silhouette.

• Collaborate with patternmakers and designers to refine fit and construction details.

• Maintain digital libraries of fabrics, trims, avatars, and motion files within CLO-SET.

• Collaborate with the team to generate ideas, color inspiration, and identify the latest trends to create seasonal collections for customers.

• Support product presentations with animated turnarounds, renderings, and videos.

• Reduce physical sample production by delivering digital-ready prototypes for approval.

• Troubleshoot software issues and ensure garment simulations maintain accuracy and efficiency.

• Stay current with 3D fashion technology trends, CLO software updates, and industry innovations.

• Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior of others is consistent with those standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
