Product Development:

•  Lead the development of new styles and collections in coordination with the design and merchandising teams.
•  Analyze buyer tech packs and ensure accurate sampling as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with pattern makers, sample section, and CAD operators to develop prototypes efficiently.
• Ensure timely execution of fit samples, size set, and pre-production samples.

Process Optimization:

• Implement innovative techniques in garment washing, stitching, finishing, and printing to improve product quality and reduce cost.
• Collaborate with the production and QA teams to ensure R&D outcomes are feasible for mass production.

Technical Support:

•  Provide technical inputs to production lines during bulk manufacturing.
•  Resolve issues related to patterns, fabrics, and trims in development and pre-production stages.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of sampling progress, buyer feedback, approvals, and rejections.
• Prepare weekly and monthly R&D performance and development reports for management review.

 Team Management:

•  Supervise the sample team, ensuring proper task distribution, performance evaluation, and training as required.
•  Foster a collaborative culture across departments involved in product development.
