Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare Region wise sales target related to yearly, monthly, weekly sales plan for maximization of profit and ensure the achievement.
∎ To organize mobile veterinary clinic, Health camp and progeny show to engage farmers, exploring health service and AI service to increase farm productivity.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of staff and AI Service Provider and Planning of staff capacity development, AI Service Provider training and farmers.
∎ Planning of Staff, AI Service Provider and farmer’s retention plan and help in implementation in the rural areas.
∎ Market survey, market analysis, information preparation for market and help in applying Innovative marketing and sale technique to increasing market share, expand market area and reduce conflict in the region.
∎ Staff management and their development to the related field Staff motivation and retention plan preparation and its implementation.
∎ Inventory management as a whole in the field of regional level. Help in preparing plan in distributing AI materials and liquid nitrogen to the field.
∎ AI service providers motivation, inspiration, skill development & ensure quality AI service in the field.
∎ Establishment of Business relations among stakeholders, different related organizations like Government and Non-Government organizations. Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization. Follow the Government policies.
∎ All types of Regional report analysis and preparation to convey this to the ZSM and NSM. Arrangement of regular meeting with staffs, AI Service Provider etc.
∎ Collect competitor’s business information and analysis the strength & weak point. Prepare your business plan & strategy to increase market share.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
