Education:
- Diploma in Medical Technology

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Dhaka city & Noakhali ****Note: Please don`t apply if you don`t have genuine certificates
Setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and investigations
Collecting, preparing and/or testing samples and calibrating instruments
Recording and analyzing data
Demonstrating procedures
Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment
Writing reports, reviews and summarize data
Using technical equipment to safely draw blood from patients from Center and home
Explaining the process of drawing blood clearly to a patient
Reassuring and calming patients who might be nervous or scared of the procedure
Applying dressings to the wound created by drawing blood
Sending blood samples to testing laboratories with proper labeling
Keeping track of blood samples and results that are returned after testing
Maintaining an organized and clean work area based on health and safety regulations and the guidelines
Answering patient questions regarding collection techniques and offering additional resources on the collection process if the patient requests them
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
