Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure sales planning and take initiatives to achieve the sales target
To ensure timely collection of receivables from clients in accordance with company policy.
To ensure timely and efficient product delivery to clients while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction
To develop and finalize sales and collection forecasts through comprehensive data analysis and comparative evaluation
To demonstrate strong motivation to enhance sales performance and achieve set targets through effective use of all business opportunities
To ensure the visit in markets, explore new client prospects, generate business opportunities
To apply organizational policies and strategies to strengthen market position and outperform competitors.
To responsible for acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
To deliver services to customers efficiently and on time, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare report time to time as per management requirement
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
