• Knowledge on Planning, Product Knowledge, Sales & Marketing knowledge, sales control systems, sales ordering and payment method, credit collection

• Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds

• To ensure sales planning and take initiatives to achieve the sales target

• To ensure timely collection of receivables from clients in accordance with company policy.

• To ensure timely and efficient product delivery to clients while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction

• To develop and finalize sales and collection forecasts through comprehensive data analysis and comparative evaluation

• To demonstrate strong motivation to enhance sales performance and achieve set targets through effective use of all business opportunities

• To ensure the visit in markets, explore new client prospects, generate business opportunities

• To apply organizational policies and strategies to strengthen market position and outperform competitors.

• To responsible for acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• To deliver services to customers efficiently and on time, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Prepare report time to time as per management requirement

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
