Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Master's in Management /M.Sc/Dairy Science (Dairy science or agricultural background will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Budget and Target Plan on milk collection with necessary test for quality control.
∎ To maintain all books and records of chilling centers for smooth functioning.
∎ Prepare the procurement plan within the region.
∎ Ensure the materials of milk production, collection, distribution with good quality milk.
∎ For dairy extension program, have to survey the area for find new areas, competitors etc.
∎ Prepare a plan and organize the farmers' meeting and training in the field.
∎ To know the policy of other organizations' operation area and have to consult with authority for implementation.
∎ Communicate with various govt. & private organizations especially dairy related sectors.
∎ Supervise the area manager and take necessary action for their capacity development.
∎ Follow-up the all financial activities and to ensure smooth operation of chilling center activities.
∎ Co-ordinate the veterinary services, health coverage, nutritional activities and modern dairy management.
∎ To ensure quality milk collection and fair price payment implementation of the producers.
∎ Analyze the reports for further extension of dairy sector development.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' Experience in business operation, general management.
∎ Experience in procurement and supply chain process will be given preference.
∎ Experience in establishing a safeguarding culture within organisations for establishing a safe working environment at all levels, with sensitivity to diverse culture/workforce.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills; demonstrate mature judgment, trust and open communication; ability to develop collaborative and harmonious relationships with external partners and clients
