∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, People Management, Recruitment & Selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hiring for every vertical that exists in that region.
∎ Salary Negotiation & Job offer for selected candidates.
∎ Handling documentation of every vertical that exists in your region, including stamping and ensuring that hard copies send to headquarters.
∎ Ensure all vertical induction and training are available in that region.
∎ Employee Experience & Grievance Management.
∎ Completing end to end exit formalities of the existing employees
∎ Regional Point of Contact and Spokesman for other departments
∎ Obeying any additional directives issued by the Higher Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in hiring blue collar employees.
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Critical Problem-solving and fast decision-making approach in any agile, and accountable situation.
∎ Must have the proper mindset to travel frequently within the territory.
∎ Strong adaptability to multitask in a deadline-driven work environment.
∎ Good knowledge in Labor Law.
