Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any relevant discipline. Proficient in English and Math. Sufficient computer Skills and willing to learn & experience on student recruitment in tertiary level/HEI sector.
∎ Desirable: Experience in UK Education sector; Sales/Marketing and Customer Services Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
∎ Online & offline Communicating with our clients and building relationships with them
∎ Building our existing database of students/clients in order to spread the word of our services
∎ Working collaboratively with the Manager & GECC Team in order to run the office smoothly
∎ Be able to report into the board proficiently in a timely and professional manner
∎ Manage office documentations and general office bookkeeping
∎ Dive deep into ways of increasing brand name and market acquisition through market research, social media activities
∎ Lead Call enquirers who registered
∎ Counseling: Assess Inquiries / Applications Academic background
∎ Admission: Process Applications to Partner Universities, pathway providers (Direct, UCAS, Online). Regular follow up the application
∎ Understanding the different admissions policies of our partners & universities
∎ Personal Statement (Statement of Purpose): Checking, correcting and checking SOP based on student's profile
∎ CV: Checking, correcting and sometimes need to create CV based on student's profile
∎ Compliance: Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the Higher Education Institutes. Clear understanding about student enrollment & application to SFE for student finance
∎ Interview: Have had a knowledge of admission interview - how to book with institute and how to prepare the student
∎ Ability to forecast your application portfolio to a final enrollment with existing database
∎ Conversion: Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
∎ Robust working knowledge to handle the students in conversion stage - from Offer stage till to visa confirmation and enrollment
∎ Google products: have had a good knowledge on google spreadsheet and google drive
∎ Sales: generate leads by managing and monitoring the sales team. Discuss Student options at lead stage based on their academic qualifications. Convert the potential leads
∎ B2B Management: Coordinate with the B2B Clients arrange online or offline meeting with students, agents & other B2B Clients.
∎ Target: Plan for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly target in terms of revenue and student enrollment. Take initiative in well advance to reach the target.
∎ Operational activities: Monitor and supervise the applications, SOP and CV - have been properly checked and submitted. Manage & Monitor CRM & database.
∎ Work independently with minimum supervision, with high level of commitment, dedication and trust
