Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any relevant discipline. Proficient in English and Math. Sufficient computer Skills and willing to learn & experience on student recruitment in tertiary level/HEI sector.
∎ Desirable: Experience in UK Education sector; Sales/Marketing and Customer Services Experience.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the operations and performance of all offices in line with the law, local regulations and the terms of contractual relationships.
∎ Develop and manage service and performance standards to increase sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.
∎ Support teams to ensure consistent sales,service and productivity standards are being achieved across all offices.
∎ Contribute to the identification of opportunities to increase consistency and operating standards to improve sales,service quality and efficiency
∎ Work independently with minimum supervision, with high level of commitment, dedication and trust
∎ Establish and maintain resourcing structures and processes to consistently deliver sales, service and productivity
∎ Determine staffing structures necessary to deliver business objectives.
∎ Develop management skills in marketing, sales, service and operations.
∎ Manage salary rates for staff within company target positioning of the market competitiveness for salaries
∎ Act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, ensuring that they receive
∎ high levels of service.
∎ Management and organizing of multiple existing client accounts
∎ Proactively seeking new business opportunities and promoting the benefits of GECC to successfully secure client visits and close business
∎ A natural engaging personality - a self-starter with strong personal drive to achieve results
∎ Active team player who builds and maintains professional relationships
∎ Customer relationship management
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing and time management skills within a fast-paced setting
∎ Motivated by targets and quality

∎ Competent user in Microsoft Office
∎ Relevant Training and Development in order to get you to understand our business
∎ Regular catchups with manager and GECC team to help you develop

∎ Ensure that all staffing practice complies with all country and local labour policies and laws.
∎ Ensure performance plans are in place for all staff and reviews are conducted at least annually for all staff.
∎ Develop skilled management and teams through effective recruitment, coaching and performance management programs
∎ Speedily determine when an issue needs to be escalated for resolution.
∎ Revise development needs and establish plans for the development and ensure development plans are in place for all team members
∎ Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures, code of conduct, and all applicable external laws, regulations and standards.
∎ Lead and manage the integration of compliance requirements into business practices and planning
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop budgets and manage financial performance to meet business targets
∎ An ability to clearly communicate business initiatives and directions and translate complex analysis into effective operational processes
∎ Strong demonstrated leadership ability.
∎ Ability to develop trust to encourage team members to generate their own ideas and opportunities for improved performance.
∎ Ability to provide and support development opportunities for team and management to increase skills and experience.
∎ Strong planning and analytical skills.
∎ Well-developed and effective negotiating skills.
∎ Understanding Entry requirements of studying in the Higher Education Institutes.
∎ Clear understanding about student enrolment for different destinations such as Australia, Canada, UK and USA

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
