Responsibilities & Context:
✈️ Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell travel services including air tickets, tour packages, hotel bookings.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle air ticketing (domestic & international).
Prepare and sell customized and fixed tour packages.
Process hotel reservations locally and internationally.
Advise clients on travel requirements, documentation, and regulations.
🤝 Client Service
Provide professional travel consultation and after-sales service.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Maintain proper documentation and booking records.
