Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage teams while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain service quality and operational standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
Manage inventory, purchasing, cost control, and wastage reduction.
Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams for efficient operations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and service standards.
Support new outlet openings and operational improvements when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food & beverage management, and customer service.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
Good command of English communication is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
