Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional barista training programs for beginners and experienced baristas.

• Teach espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, brewing methods, coffee theory, and café workflow.

• Provide hands-on training and evaluate trainees' performance.

• Develop and update training modules based on industry standards.

• Demonstrate best practices in coffee preparation and equipment handling.

• Support quality improvement and standardization of café operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista Trainer or Senior Barista.

• Excellent knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English is a must.

• Ability to conduct training sessions confidently in English.

• Professional attitude with a passion for coffee education.

• Relevant barista certifications will be an added advantage.
