Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure smooth running of outlets, including service flow, staff coordination, and customer handling

  • Monitor food preparation, hygiene, and presentation to meet company and regulatory standards as per SOP.

  • Achieving the assigned sales targets. Must work diligently to meet their collective targets within the specified timeline. Sales performance will be closely monitored, and accountability will be maintained for progress against the set goals. Failure to achieve the target without valid reasons may affect performance evaluation and related benefits.

  • Conduct routine inspections on food safety, cleanliness, and equipment to ensure compliance.

  • Introduce targeted promotions on low-performing weekdays, improve up selling strategy for drinks and side items, enhance customer engagement programs to increase repeat customers, review operating costs to maintain profitability.

  • Monitor and analyze item-wise sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify best-selling and low-performing products.

  • Track daily product receipts from the factory and ensure alignment with sales volume, stock levels, and operational requirements.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement

  • Ensure timely submission of zonal performance reports and actionable insights to management.

  • Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure proper use of resources within budget.

  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Policy Development for Kitchen & Service

  • Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement best practices for efficiency and quality.

  • Prepare operational and QC reports, highlighting issues, improvements, and performance metrics.

  • Co-Ordination, Maintain, Business Relations.

  • Any Task from Management
