Experience:
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium customer service sector. Highly qualified freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills in both Bengali and English (Fluency in spoken English is mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of eZee Hotel Management System (HMS) will be considered an added advantage.
Appearance & Personality: Must have an outstanding presentation, be highly well-groomed, and possess a warm, pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable hospitality experience.
Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, assist VIP guests, and provide information on resort facilities and services.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Desk, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and room readiness.
Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and feedback while ensuring effective communication with relevant departments.
Uphold professional grooming standards, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a welcoming and well-organized front office environment.
