  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium customer service sector. Highly qualified freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills in both Bengali and English (Fluency in spoken English is mandatory).

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of eZee Hotel Management System (HMS) will be considered an added advantage.

  • Appearance & Personality: Must have an outstanding presentation, be highly well-groomed, and possess a warm, pleasant personality.



Responsibilities & Context:

Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf, a leading five-star luxury resort in Bangladesh, invites applications from dynamic and service-oriented professionals to join our Front Office Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable hospitality experience.

  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, assist VIP guests, and provide information on resort facilities and services.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Desk, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and room readiness.

  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and feedback while ensuring effective communication with relevant departments.

  • Uphold professional grooming standards, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a welcoming and well-organized front office environment.
