Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Managing the daily activities of the agency, including visa processing, ticketing, and bookings, to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Training & Development:

  • Providing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and service quality.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure high productivity.

Customer Service Management:

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Booking & Reservations Management:

  • Managing & apply hotel bookings, air ticketing, and other reservations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Working to achieve sales targets set by the company, including upselling additional services such as travel insurance or tour packages.

Pricing Strategy:

  • Assisting in setting competitive pricing for services and managing discounts or promotions to attract customers.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Implementing local marketing initiatives, such as promotions or partnerships, to attract customers.
