Responsibilities & Context:
• Promote tour packages, visa services, and travel-related offers to clients
• Respond to customer queries via call, message, and social media
• Guide clients about destinations, visa requirements, and travel plans
• Generate new sales leads and convert them into bookings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client needs
• Follow up with clients for payments, documents, and confirmations
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms
• Create promotional content and run marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
• Keep records of client data, bookings, and sales reports
