Job Overview:
Durjatra is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tour Package Executive who can professionally communicate with potential clients, understand their travel requirements, prepare suitable tour packages, and successfully convert leads into confirmed sales.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in a travel agency and strong knowledge of international tour packages, client handling, follow-up, and sales closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other marketing channels

• Communicate with clients professionally and understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences

• Suggest suitable international tour packages based on client requirements

• Prepare customized tour package quotations and itineraries

• Explain package details, inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, hotel options, transfers, and activities clearly to clients

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into confirmed bookings

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

• Coordinate with internal team members for costing, hotel availability, visa, ticketing, and booking confirmation

• Maintain daily lead follow-up records and sales reports
