Mount to Ocean Travel and Tourism Ltd. is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Executive – Visa and Ticketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our international travel operations, handling end-to-end flight reservations, complex ticketing requirements, and smooth visa processing. Manage end-to-end flight reservations, including creating PNRs, issuing, reissuing, voiding, and handling refunds using major GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo).
Compute airfares efficiently, manage cancellations, and optimize route selections to provide cost-effective solutions for clients.
Monitor airline circulars, policy updates, and travel regulations to ensure absolute compliance and zero processing errors.
Coordinate with airline helpdesks and consolidators to secure competitive fares and resolve group booking queries.
Oversee and manage the complete documentation and application lifecycle for tourist, business, and medical visas for various global destinations.
Provide clear, accurate guidance to B2C and B2C clients regarding country-specific visa checklists, passport validity, and submission timelines.
Efficiently coordinate with embassies, high commissions, and third-party visa application centers (such as VFS Global).
Ensure strict confidentiality and highly secure management of customer passports and personal documents.
Promptly handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins regarding flight schedules, fares, and visa rules.
Maintain precise daily records of bookings, invoices, and visa tracking logs to assist the accounts department.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience in an IATA travel agency or travel operations role handling both ticketing and visa portfolios.
Technical Skills: * Proven proficiency in at least one major GDS software (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Good computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email correspondence.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Certifications in GDS or an IATA diploma will be given high preference).
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight embassy and ticketing deadlines.
