Responsibilities & Context:
Portal & Document Management: Maintain seamless access to government immigration portals and optimize heavy client documents to meet strict embassy upload specifications.
Data Security & Privacy: Protect highly sensitive applicant data (passports, financial records) using encryption, access controls, and daily automated backups.
Hardware & Network Maintenance: Ensure 100% network uptime and maintain critical office hardware like high-speed document scanners, printers, and biometric devices.
Staff Technical Support: Provide immediate troubleshooting for consultancy staff regarding CRM/visa tracking systems, software errors, and internal IT issues.
Digital Infrastructure Upkeep: Manage corporate email accounts, configure spam filters, and ensure the company website remains secure, updated, and functional.
