Responsibilities & Context:
Team Oversight & Training: Leading the consulting team, handling complex client cases, and keeping staff updated on changing global immigration policies.
Quality Control: Monitoring communication standards across WhatsApp, email, and phone to ensure professional, error-free client management.
Strategic Planning: Standardizing profile assessment guidelines and targeting the best visa programs and destinations for higher success rates.
Relationship Management: Driving high client satisfaction, managing grievances, and turning successful visa outcomes into a steady stream of referrals.
Pipeline & Performance Tracking: Monitoring the application pipeline, reviewing team KPIs (processing speed, conversion rates), and reporting progress to senior management.
