Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel industry operations.

Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport) will be considered an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-centric mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:

Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international flight bookings.

Provide customer support through phone, email, social media, and walk-in interactions.

Process air ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.

Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS platforms to ensure smooth service delivery.

Assist customers with travel-related information, fare rules, and airline policies.

Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.

Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely completion of customer requirements.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve company objectives.
