* Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international flight reservations.
* Provide professional customer support through phone calls, emails, social media platforms.

* Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS platforms to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

* Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
* Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.
* Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely completion.
