Responsibilities:
- Counsel students about study opportunities in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Schengen countries
- Guide students through admission and visa processes
- Assist clients with tourist/visit visa applications
- Maintain communication via phone, email, and messaging
- Prepare reports and update management on daily activities
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
