∎ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
∎ Certification in HR will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the entire recruitment team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process by collecting manpower requirements from hiring managers, incorporate and analyze the requirements for review
∎ Manage recruitment status and continuously liaise with the hiring managers to complete recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hire in the right time
∎ Ensure proper compliance in all the steps of Recruitment Process
∎ Develop and implement Recruitment and other HR related policies
∎ Develop Job Profile and necessary forms/templates to ensure smooth HR operations as required
∎ Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talents
∎ Manage the employer branding related activities like Job Fair and other related events
∎ Coordinate to implement yearly HR strategy and other HR initiatives, systems and tactics

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skill
∎ People leadership
∎ Demonstrated understanding of modern recruitment tools
∎ Demonstrated understanding of Competency Based Interview Technique
∎ HR / Business knowhow
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Specially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
