Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, HR payroll, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing, Designing, Developing, implementing, and executing all modules of HRIS and conducting data analysis & reporting in cloud-based global software.
∎ Executing end-to-end Payroll, Compensation & Benefits management.
∎ To provide a market midpoint analysis, the structure of local compensation plan designs, and the support of the global bonus program process
∎ To check compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures for benefits management and delivery, and recommend policy and procedure changes
∎ To administer all incentive plans, including benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and all refinements to compensation, benefit, and other plans.
∎ Act as an HRIS Administrator of all modules, salary, benefits, and all incentive plans, including benefits, open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and all refinements to compensation and other plans.
∎ Collaborating with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives
∎ Developing a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
∎ To assess the current system and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of the HRIS.
∎ Preparing reports and presenting findings and recommendations to the Head of Rewards and other company leaders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Should have prior experience in HRIS operations and HRIS project implementation.
∎ Should be well experienced in employee Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Have a strong knowledge of applicable compliance & data privacy.
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, ERP, etc.
