Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Human Resource Management.
∎ PGD in HRM is Preferable.
∎ Proven experience as a Recruitment in charge or similar role.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CV Analysis, Knowledge on Recruitment, Manpower management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
∎ To utilize various channels and methods to source high-calibre candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
∎ Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
∎ Coordinate and participate in interview panels, including technical assessments and cultural fit evaluations.
∎ Collaborate with CHRO to make final candidate selections.
∎ Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including necessary documentation and orientation.
∎ Promote our company's culture and values to attract top talent.
∎ Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the recruitment process and provide meaningful reports to stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.
∎ Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
∎ Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
