Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
∎ Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements;
∎ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
∎ Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
∎ Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities;
∎ Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries;
∎ Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed;
∎ Network and build long-lasting client relationships;
∎ Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
∎ Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferably at IT or Tech Company or Recruiting agency);
∎ Experience in recruiting candidates for technical positions (engineers, software developers, etc.)
∎ Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
∎ Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques & mediums (e.g., social media recruiting Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub);
∎ Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
∎ Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
∎ Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases;
∎ Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Must be good in written & speaking English;
∎ Must possess a personal computer (Desktop/Laptop);
∎ Stable internet connection;
∎ Strong decision-making skills.
