Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage our most critical partners that help to power our product or key parts of our business
∎ Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs;
∎ Complete regular business reviews and look for opportunities
∎ Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders for expansion opportunities with existing partners that have direct impact on product roadmap and business goals.
∎ Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;
∎ Contribute to further development, change management in the company;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5+ years relevant experience in high-performance business roles in tech, financial services, fintech or management consulting. (ideally stealth startups, VC, or banking or financial institutions)
∎ Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
∎ Ideal candidates should be able to identify and execute strategic business projects that affect our trajectory of growth (e.g. new product ideas or growth drivers for our business model)
∎ Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques & mediums (e.g., social media recruiting Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, Upwork, Xing, Discord);
∎ Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
∎ Proven ability to lead complex projects: developing strong relationships with key internal and external partners, communicating clearly, solving problems, holding difficult conversations and driving towards key milestones / outcomes.
∎ Need to be excellent in written & speaking English;
∎ Must have a remote setup (Personal computer, Good microphone, camera etc.)
∎ Stable internet connection;
∎ Good to Have Skills:
∎ Have Experience working with marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Customer.io , Hubspot etc)
∎ Experience working with MNC or NGO
∎ Are data-driven: do not do things without keeping in mind to track results and use existing data;
∎ Can handle multiple dependencies at the same time and figure out how one can get from input to output without a clear path;
∎ Are output-oriented: you focus on delivering results and numbers over purely strategizing next steps and campaigns;
∎ Ace in project & stakeholder management: Can manage an entire project independently with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders and manage their expectations.
