Job Responsibilities:
∎ To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
∎ To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
∎ To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
∎ To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
∎ Establish and maintain relationship with the customers and their key personnel.
∎ Carrying out passenger & agent satisfaction surveys & reviews and liaising with internal departments to ensure passenger & agent needs are fulfilled effectively.
∎ Provide administrative support as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Receptionist/ Front Desk.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ Good typing knowledge in both English & Bengali (Bijoy Bangla).
∎ Can work in data Entry, Data conversion, Image to text conversion, Photoshop etc.
∎ Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, & MS Access.
