Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile (Wet Processing)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure dyeing quality as per standard.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on Dyeing process, Dyestuff, chemicals, machine parameters.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Lab to bulk reproducibility, Bulk to Bulk reproducibility.
∎ Should have good knowledge about knit fabric, knitting process and knitting parameters.
∎ Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process.
∎ Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
∎ Need to have good knowledge about LAB dyeing processes to improve RFT .
∎ Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Monitor and collect customers satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement.
∎ Provide the feedback to the respective producers regarding the findings related to quality.
∎ Train and develop the quality control staff to enhance their capacity, productivity and quality by demonstrating strong leadership.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years

∎ Work location would be at factory.
