∎ The applicants should have experience in working in Dyeing and Finishing in any reputed Knit Dyeing factory.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the related field.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bangla and English, must be a team player with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate must have working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry dealing with top international brands like as Primark, H&M, C&A, Zara( Inditex), Next, Bestseller etc.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit Dyeing & Finishing production in the particular area of the factory as per the buyer's specifications.
∎ Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities.
∎ Ensuring All Quality (In Finishing) & Production Issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Communicate with Merchandiser and Technician to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
∎ Develop quality SOP, quality, and product safety Manuals for good quality management.Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
∎ Evaluate fit/ size set sample, quality sample, PP production sample etc. based on customer standard.
∎ Conduct pre-final inspections in accordance with 4-point standards.
∎ Examine Sketches, sample articles and design specifications to determine shapes and sizes of Sample.
∎ Identifying and applying the best suitable processes to solve development issues.
∎ Experienced to handle large volume of new styles sample development and to be ensured customers standards.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in Sample Fabrics for sample development.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with Dyeing, and finishing department.Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Resolve technical issues on the floor to ensure production flow.
∎ Training the technical team and assisting them in improving the routine operations of the department.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

∎ We are looking for dynamic talent Executive/Sr.Executive -GPQ in a Knit Dyeing Factory whom will be the responsible for ensuring that knit fabrics production meets the company's quality standards and buyer requirements. The position involves working closely with production, quality assurance, and merchandising teams to monitor and control the quality of knit fabrics at every stage of production. The GPQ acts as a bridge between the factory and buyers or third-party quality auditors, ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and timely rectification of issues.
