Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Officer/Executive (Delivery Store) who will be responsible for managing finished goods delivery, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining smooth coordination with production, commercial, and logistics departments.

 Job Responsibilities

• Manage delivery store operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching finished goods.
• Ensure accurate documentation for delivery, challans, invoices, and store records.
• Maintain proper stock inventory of finished goods and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial departments for timely delivery.
• Supervise loading/unloading of goods and ensure correct delivery as per buyer requirement.
• Monitor store space utilization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist in implementing ERP/store management software.
• Support internal & external audits by providing proper documentation and records.
