Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Leather Engineering and Technology will be preferred
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with Leather Goods experience
∎ Skills Required: Footwear, Leather industry, Leather quality

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): leather, Leather technology

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shoe materials quality, QC Production parameters, QC step is main responsibility.
∎ To set up and planning from cutting to finishing of the shoe of all QC team.
∎ Time to time instruction to the vendors for required quality.
∎ Analysis the day to day problem and take immediate action to avoid any kind of financial or reputation loss of the company.
∎ To maintain the regular co-ordination with the other managers in the production floor to ensure smoother quality shoe production.
∎ To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.
∎ Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations
∎ To follow-up work properly to ensure smooth production Department.
∎ To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned person as well as factory Management.
∎ To follow up the company's & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English (Writing & Communicating)
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Smart and skilled with communication.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
