∎ M.Sc in Food Technology
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality control, Quality Control/ Audit.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after overall quality control activities of factory in all shift.
∎ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
∎ Effectively interact with Merchandising, Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain food quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Assisting team members with checking patterns, identifying and resolving production impracticability in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
∎ Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR.
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality.
∎ Sampling and analysis of raw material and packaging material including documentation.
∎ To perform QC Instrument operation & Calibration (HPLC, GC, TOC, UV, FTIR etc.)
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality and Time to time other duties assigned by management.
∎ Analysis of finished product, In process sample & Stability Sample including documentation.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Quality control, Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ All kinds of Bakery Items, Fast food etc.
∎ Note and report on work that does not meet requirements
∎ Educate workers on the required standards.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Must have good computer skills and able to operate Ms (Office, Excel) etc.
∎ Maximum Capacity to work under pressure.
∎ Must have previous experience in Bakery as Quality Control officer.
