We are currently seeking a passionate and strategic professional to join our management team as Manager – Revenue & Business Growth to lead sales, marketing, and business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.
  • Formulate dynamic pricing, promotions, and menu strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly sales performance and prepare strategic reports for management.

Sales & Marketing

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and brand partnerships to attract new customers.
  • Manage online marketing, social media presence, and customer engagement activities.
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, catering partners, and delivery platforms.
  • Oversee digital sales channels such as Foodpanda, HungryNaki, Pathao Food, etc.

Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure profitability through cost control and waste reduction.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily sales reports and customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to optimize margins and control expenses.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and front-desk team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
