Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting, Training, Supervising, Appraising Staff, sometimes are fired employees
∎ Manage the inventory and order food and beverages, Equipment and supplies
∎ Inspect supplies, equipment, work area
∎ Ensure employees comply with health and food safety standards and regulations
∎ Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or services
∎ Schedule staff hours and assign duties
∎ Maintain Budgets and payroll records and review financial transaction
∎ Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
∎ Managing Budgets
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
∎ Preparing promotional materials and displays
∎ liaising with head office.
