• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Industrial & Production Engineering or related fields.

• Age At least 25 years

Educational Qualifications:

• Additional certification in Quality Control / ISO 9001 / Six Sigma will be an added advantage. 

Experience: 3–5 years in refrigerator or appliance manufacturing preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Solid understanding of refrigerator components and assembly processes.
• Proficient in quality inspection tools and techniques (Vernier Caliper, Multimeter, Insulation Tester, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in using 5S, 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and refrigeration systems.
• Skilled in MS Excel, ERP, or digital QC reporting systems.
• Strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with cross-functional teams.
• IQC, IPQC, FQC, RCA, Reporting, QA Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Quality Control (IQC):

• Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and parts received from suppliers.
• Prepare incoming inspection reports and flag any deviations or non-conformities. 

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):

• Monitor quality during assembly line operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions at each production stage.
• Identify and report any process deviation or product defect.

Final Quality Control (FQC):

• Conduct visual and functional inspections of finished refrigerators.
• Test for noise level, cooling performance, vibration, and energy efficiency.
• Maintain defect records and ensure corrective actions are taken before dispatch.

Non-Conformance Handling:

• Isolate defective items, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest rework or rejection.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address quality issues.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare daily/weekly quality audit reports.
• Assist in the preparation of quality KPIs and improvement reports.

Support Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Suggest preventive actions to reduce recurring quality issues.
