Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
∎ Knowledge of fabric inspection wash & non-wash process and procedure and pattern knowledge and measurement and adjustment.
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both (wet and dry) section
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Coordinate with production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters. Proper Knowledge of communication with buyer about CAP, RCA related issue.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues & innovatively establish Zero defect in the factories
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To make sure Inline & End line Quality, appearance, Measurements & Clerical Works Maintain.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Handling the INDITEX brands will give preferred
∎ Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
∎ Working experience in Woven / Denim Manufacturing factory.
∎ Strong leadership and team management and skill
Salary: Negotiable
