• Ability to work under pressure, sometime need to work with multiple tasks.
• Ability to travel to vendor sites and across different demographic locations to support QCD.
• Having knowledge about AQL inspection process.

Drive the Organization Quality Standards and Administrative Support Function.

• Conduct inspection (Size-set, Inline and Final, whenever applicable) according to the customers’ requirement and Prepare inspection report to report inspection findings.

• Tracks the failed reports & ensure the implementation of Corrective Action Plans.

• Thoroughly Review QC file & PP seal Sample with BULK production & ensure all the aspects maintained as per required standard.

• Asist QC management with data/metrics for Quality Audit, Quality management system develop & factory Capacity & capability Metrix.

• Educate & guide factory GPQ/workers to execute the appropriate SOP, as per PGS quality Standards & Testing /Inspection guideline.

• Suggest and communicate with factory to resolve production and quality related issues on-site.

• Develop Process quality & advice to respective factory for better execution.

• Monitor Risk Assessment & analyze problem log to identify and prepare appropriate reports.

• Follow up all quality points, process engineering & Packing accuracy as per SOP for better process mapping of the factory.

• Identify Quality drive gaps in factory by using process mapping & other applicable measurement tools.

• Follow management provided tools to assessed production process & quality capabilities.

• Pick-up test sample on time & evaluation test report & coordination with Fabric/Wash tech accordingly if required.

• Check production Plan, execution, must verify during Inspection, delivery challan & testing report of all incoming product to confirm quality conformance as well any unauthorized activities.

• Observe & escalate evidence of breaches of customer product safety and quality manual (customer manual, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, EU regulation law, AQL standard, Children product safety std etc.)

• Support junior colleagues, also train them to make an efficient team member of Organization’s QCD.

Engage and cultivate through Best Methods

• Strong collaboration with factory’s worker, management, business team as a one TEAM.

• Make an effective design on factory’s improvement plan through assessing the factory process.

• Frequent communication between our business team to ensure smooth execution of the production & ask for support if required.

• Must have desire to learn new thing & implement for the betterment.

• Arrange regular training to make understand the factory on PGS way of working.

• Maintain patience, need to understand their real difficulties to follow our standards if any & take action accordingly.
