∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Expertise on Ayurvedic/ Unani medicine as a quality control officer
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implementation of Company Quality policy
∎ Approve or reject starting materials, packaging materials, and intermediate, bulk, finished products and pre-purchase raw material.
∎ Prepare & update all documentation related with testing, sampling instructions, specifications, test methods and validation.
∎ To ensure that the appropriate validations, including those of analytical procedures and calibrations of control equipment and process validation are done.
∎ To ensure that all necessary tests are carried out as mentioned in Product Master File.
∎ To check the maintenance of the QA/QC equipment and sanitation.
∎ To ensure WHO cGMP & ISO guide lines are followed.
∎ To coordinate with Commercial Department for vendor selection.
∎ To coordinate with Product Management and Regulatory Affairs for preparing of technical data, annexure and other document for Drug Administration.
∎ To ensure that all documents and records are preserved correctly.
∎ To monitor & control environment of plant area.
∎ Directly monitoring & controlling all the in process tests/ checks and instruct production for corrective measures if required.
∎ To arrange adequate stocks of reagents, glassware & consumables are available.
∎ To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of quality assurance personnel is carried out and adapted accordingly to need.
∎ Any other job assigned from time to time.
