Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 2-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on bulk recruitment, particularly for blue-collar positions.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context: We seek an experienced and highly organized HR Executive on Bulk Recruitment to join our team in Bangladesh. In this role, you will confidently manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, expertly source and screen candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process to meet our company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage large-scale recruitment campaigns to hire blue-collar workers, including job fairs, community outreach, and partnerships with local recruitment agencies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as local job boards, social media, community centers, and vocational training institutions.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both individually and in group settings, to assess candidates' suitability.
- Manage the documentation and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain a robust database of potential candidates for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
- Liaise with factory managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate retention rates.
- Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment activities, challenges, and outcomes.
- Foster relationships with local communities and organizations to build a reliable candidate pipeline.
- Managing Payroll for Project Employees
- Field visit anywhere in Bangladesh for project purposes.
