∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper quality of fabrics (From fabric sourcing to shipment of garments) as per buyer requirements & management instructions.
∎ Make sure to know about four point system (Fabric Inspection).
∎ Perform with functionality regarding yarn / fabric complains issue.
∎ Solve problematic yarn / fabric issue Analyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes and collaborate on solution to prevent recurrence.
∎ Resolve fabric-related all kinds of problems as per buyers' guiding & management instructions.
∎ Ensure that all test reports of fabric meet buyer technical requirements.
∎ Evaluate fabric samples based on color consistency, hand feel, composition, shrinkage, durability, and other relevant properties like appearance, handle and color approval, garment washing, garment dyeing, etc.
∎ Review fabric and applicable garment testing reports with sample assessment to make decision.
∎ Investigate the root cause of quality non-conformity, take action plan with supplier/mill and continue follow up to secure right process and quality.
∎ Involve into fabric development process and provide technical support to achieve right quality and secure test.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
