• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) from a reputed public or private university.

• Monitoring and ensuring optimal use of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).

• Coordinating with production teams to meet delivery targets.

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data.

• Implementing lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to improve processes.

• Conducting time and motion studies to determine standard operating procedures.

• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities in operations.

• Supporting cost estimation for new projects or products.

• Ensuring alignment between industrial engineering objectives and organizational goals.

• Training and supporting staff in adopting new processes or technologies.

• Ensuring proper integration of technology with existing systems.

• Measuring a skill matrix for new operator’s.

• Carrying out pre-order and post-order costing & Thread consumption.

• Ensuring that processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Promoting a safe working environment through proper design and process controls.
