Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Technology
• Diploma in Engineering in Fashion Technology

• Bachelor/Diploma in Textile Engineering or Fashion Technology

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House
• Occasional travel to production sites.
• Good Knowledge & Experience on Garments manufacturing process, & Wash garments products and fabrics
• Should have patient to work under pressure.
• Good communication & follow-up skills in English.
• Experienced in MS office specially MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint, Data analysis & report preparation.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain QA & sampling records in Excel/database (fit, PP, size sets, shipment samples).
• Enter & update QA inspection results, testing reports, and approvals.
• Prepare QA planning schedules in coordination with QA & merchandising teams.
• Track KPI metrics – sample approval rate, quality pass rate, on-time shipment approvals.
• Compile and update factory performance scorecards.
• Follow up with factories on pending corrective actions and performance improvement.
• Generate weekly/monthly QA performance reports for management and buyers.
• Compile & update buyer wise performance report for management & buyers.
